  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. Return Policy Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
